To Seed, or Not To Seed?

Coming into fall, it’s time to start thinking about that Fescue yard! Your cool season Fescue has survived the heat of summer, complete with an Armyworm attack this year, so reward its resilience by aerating and overseeding with premium Fescue seed!

You may look out at your lawn and think: “My grass looks good though, do I really need to seed this year?”

And the answer is still a resounding YES!

Aerating will help loosen up that soil and get organic material down to the roots, where you can strengthen what you already have, but when you seed as well, you get the seed down to that lower level where it can be fed and grow and thicken up your lawn, strengthening your lawn for the conditions!
